sonder (noun):

the realization and understanding that all other people have lives as complex as one's own

sonder; similar is an exploration of individuality and similarity amidst a giant system, each part seemingly having their own fixed complex behaviours, and yet, sound together as a sum larger than its parts. Each instrument shares similar rhythmic, harmonic and gestural threads with others, yet

producing complexity from slight differences.

Though everyone has their own complexities, how odd that strangers can be more similar than one might think…
